More than 10 thousand patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing  treatment in Armenia

ArmInfo.Over the past day, 5,670 coronavirus tests were carried out in Armenia, of which 587 citizens (10.3%) were diagnosed with the disease, while 529 people  recovered, 14 died.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, as of 11:am  on September 9, 10,040 patients with COVID-19 are currently  undergoing treatment.  In addition, for yesterday, 2 cases were  registered when patients were diagnosed with coronavirus, but death  occurred due to another disease. The total number of such cases  reached 1,169 (0.4%).

Since the outbreak of the pandemic in Armenia, a total of 246 997  cases of coronavirus infection (15.5%) have been registered, while  230 820 people (93.4%) recovered, the number of deaths reached 4 968  (2%).  A total of 1,594,150 coronavirus tests were conducted in  Armenia.
