ICRC staff visited an Azerbaijani soldier who illegally entered the  territory of Nagorno-Karabakh

ArmInfo. Representatives of the Red Cross visited the Azerbaijani military Jamil Babayev, who had earlier entered one of the houses of a resident of the city of  Martakert.

According to Turan with reference to the Baku office of the ICRC,  representatives of the organization visit the detainees to monitor  the conditions of detention and treatment, as well as to establish  contacts with relatives. 

To recall, the Azerbaijani military Babayev earlier entered one of  the houses of Martakert. There were two minor children. The latter  called the police. Babayev was detained by the officers of the  Artsakh National Service. He is accused of illegally crossing the  Artsakh border. Arrest was chosen as a preventive measure against  him. Azerbaijan, in turn, confirmed the fact of the disappearance of  its serviceman, assuring that he left the psychiatric department of  the Ganja hospital several days ago and entered the city of  Martakert, where he was detained. Earlier, Babayev was visited by the  commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, Rustam Muradov.
