ArmInfo. During a meeting in Yerevan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and newly appointed Russian co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Khovaev, who is on a working visit to our country, discussed a wide range of issues related to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
As reported by the Armenian Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the importance of resuming the peace process within the framework of the OSCE MG co-chairmanship was emphasized. Mirzoyan expressed the support of the Armenian side to the statements of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs made after the 44-day war, which indicated the need to achieve a long-term and comprehensive settlement of the conflict based on well-known principles and norms.
