14 people died from coronavirus in Armenia in 24 hours

ArmInfo. Over the past day,  5,666 coronavirus tests were carried out in Armenia, of which 524  cases of infection (9.2%) were detected, 361 people recovered, 14  died.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, as of  11:00am on August 31, 9,110 people are receiving actual treatment.

In addition, for yesterday, 3 cases were registered when patients  were diagnosed with coronavirus, but death occurred due to another  disease. The total number of such cases reached 1,152 (0.4%).  Since  the outbreak of the pandemic, 242,135 cases of coronavirus infection  (15.7%) have been registered in Armenia, while 227,026 people (93.7%)  recovered, the number of deaths reached 4,844 (2%). A total of  1,540,436 coronavirus tests were carried out in the country.
