
ArmInfo. Former TV presenter, MP of the ruling "Civil Contract" faction Lusine Badalyan was elect Deputy Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Healthcare of the National Assembly of Armenia. Her candidacy was approved on August 30 at a meeting of the Committee.
The Committee is headed by MP of Civil Contract Narek Zeynalyan.
Lusine Badalyan was born on February 2, 1980 in Yerevan. In 2003- graduated the Art History Department of the Faculty of History of YSU. Master of Theory of History of Armenian Art. 1997-1998 - worked at the Public Radio of Armenia ("Night Channel"). 1998-2001 - on the "HAI FM" radio station ("Cup of coffee"), 2001-2018 - on the "Radio Van FM 103.1" (<Time Out>, <Free Time>), in 1997-1999 and 2005-2010 - in the Public TV Company of Armenia ("New Generation") and ("Good Morning", "Bread Question", "Benefis", "Krunk" Music Festival), in 2000-2005 - in the "Prometheus" TV company ("Scanword show", "Every day", "Good morning"), 2010-2015 - "Kentron" ("Let's start from the beginning", "History of one round"), 2015-2018 - in "Yerkir Media" TV company ("Hello, Country"), 2018-2019 - on the "1in.am" TV channel ("Interview"). She worked as a teacher of history and social studies at high school N61. Taught the basics of journalism and program management at the Mass Media centers of YSU and A. Abelian.
December 9, 2018 she was elected to the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the "My Step" bloc of parties. In the parliament of the 7th convocation, she was a member of the Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs.
