Artsakh IC: Serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Babayev, found in one of the houses of Martakert, was arrested

ArmInfo. Serviceman of the  Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Jamil Babayev, found in one of the houses  of Martakert, was arrested. This was reported by the press service of  the Artsakh Investigative Committee.

The ministry recalled that on August 28, Babayev was charged under  Part 1 of Art 350 of the Criminal Code of Artsakh, Article 316 of the  Criminal Code of Artsakh, Part 1 of Art. 145 of the Criminal Code of  Artsakh, part 1 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code of Artsakh,  paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 6 of part 2 of Art.  133 of the Artsakh Code.  The investigation continues.

As ArmInfo previously reported, on August 25 of this year in the city  of Martakert, a serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Jamil  Babayev was found in a house on Teryan Street. On the same day he was  detained and taken to the NSS of Artsakh. A criminal case was  initiated in connection with the illegal crossing of the state border  of Artsakh with the threat of murder of underage residents of the  above- mentioned house and in espionage.

The Azerbaijani side admitted the loss of its serviceman, assuring  that the latter had escaped from the hospital, where he underwent  rehabilitation due to mental problems.
