ArmInfo. By the decree of the RA President Armen Sarkissian, Ambassador of Armenia to Mexico Armella Shakaryan was appointed head of the country's diplomatic missions in  Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador and Belize.
