10 people died from coronavirus in Armenia in 24 hours

ArmInfo. Over the past day, 5,220 coronavirus tests were carried out in Armenia, of which the disease was confirmed in 251 cases (4.8%), 239 recovered, 10 died.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, as of 11:00am on August 23, 7,483 patients are receiving actual treatment in Armenia.  .  In total, 237,885 cases of coronavirus infection (15.9%) were registered in the country, 224,493 people (94.3%)  recovered, and 4,762 (2%) died. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 1,489,110 coronavirus tests have been carried out in Armenia.

In addition, for yesterday, 1 case was registered when a patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus, but death occurred due to another disease. The total number of such cases reached 1,147 (0.5%).
