Over 500 cases of coronavirus are registered daily in Armenia

ArmInfo. Yerevan, August 21. ArmInfo. Alina Hovhannisyan. Over the past day,  7,629 tests for coronavirus were carried out in Armenia, of which the  disease was confirmed in 507 citizens (6.6%), 283 people recovered, 5  died.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, as of 11:00  on August 21, 7,350 patients are receiving actual treatment in  Armenia.

In total, 237,249 cases of coronavirus infection (16%) were  registered in the country, 224,019 people (94.4%) recovered, and  4,737 (2%) died. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, Armenia has  conducted 1,476,957 tests for coronavirus.
