ArmInfo.The Artsakh Defense Army accused Azerbaijan of preparing the ground for further provocations on the front line.  So, the NKR Defense Army responding  to the accusations of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry about the  violation of the ceasefire regime, in particular, stated:

"The statement spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that  on August 13 at about 2:30 am units of the Defense Army of the  Republic of Artsakh opened fire from firearms in the direction of  Azerbaijani positions in the villages of Yukhari-Veisali, Sghnakh, as  well as near Shushi, is untrue.  It is obvious that with such false  statements, the Azerbaijani side prepares the ground for further  provocative actions. "

The Karabakh Defense Ministry stressed that the units of the Defense  Army strictly observe the ceasefire and take retaliatory actions only  to counter Azerbaijani provocations.
