ArmInfo. Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Sentop, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, spoke about "bitter consequences" for Armenia.
It should be reminded that on July 28, at about 03:40 am, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked the Armenian positions located in the northeastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. As of 08:30, as a result of the battles deployed after the attack provoked by Azerbaijan, there are three killed, two more were wounded from the Armenian side. Baku has reported only two wounded so far. As of 09:20, the Azerbaijani units, having suffered losses, were thrown back to their former positions.
APA reports that at a press conference in Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the GNAT noted that Azerbaijan had offered Armenia to sign a peace treaty. "Elections were held in Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan won. Thus, the Armenian people showed that they support the truce. I do not think that the Armenian people also want war; certain circles are in favor of it. Armenia must understand that otherwise there will be bitter consequences again," he said.
