The Ministry of Health reminds that today vaccines of British-Swedish production AstraZeneca, Russian Sputnik V and Chinese CoronaVac are available for citizens of Armenia over 18 on a voluntary basis and free of charge. Citizens of Armenia can receive an anti-COVID vaccine upon preliminary registration at their preferred clinic during the whole week. On weekends, everyone can get vaccinated from 10:00am to 4:00 pm.
The British-Swedish AstraZeneca vaccine will be available for foreigners as well as persons without citizenship, at mobile vaccination points in Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Kapan, they can be vaccinated free of charge in Armenia. In the capital, mobile points can be found on Northern Avenue, near the Cascade complex, in the Dalma, Russia-Mall and Mega-Mall shopping centers. It should be noted that since the outbreak of the pandemic in Armenia, 228,910 cases of coronavirus infection (17.5%) have been registered, while 219,168 people (95.7%) have recovered, the number of deaths has reached 4,590 (2%). In total, 1,310,356 coronavirus tests have been carried out in the country.
