Nikol Pashinyan on July 2, an interdepartmental commission will be created to coordinate activities to prevent possible drought or low water in the Republic of Armenia, eliminate or mitigate the consequences of drought or low water, identify possible problems and rapid response measures, and work on developing a strategy to increase the efficiency of the sphere irrigation.
By Pashinyan's decision, the commission included acting Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan (Chairman of the Commission), Acting Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan, Acting Minister of Nature Protection Romanos Petrosyan, Chairman of the Water Committee Karen Sargsyan and Director of Jrar CJSC Artashes Abgaryan.
