ArmInfo. The first president of Armenia, candidate for prime minister from the Armenian National Congress party Levon Ter-Petrosyan fulfilled his civic duty at the 9/18 polling station in Yerevan.
At the same time, Ter-Petrosyan refused to make comment, saying that today is a day of silence. When asked by journalists to talk with them and assess elections, Ter-Petrosyan, in particular, said: "Today is a day of silence." The ANC leader got into the car and left the territory of the polling station.
