ArmInfo. From early morning, various political forces, organizations and state structures have been reporting various violations in the course of electoral  processes in Armenia.

Thus, the Investigative Committee of Armenia, minutes earlier,  announced the arrest of a citizen in the Lori region of the Republic  of Armenia on suspicion of giving an electoral bribe. According to  the ministry, a resident of Lori region, working in one of the  companies in the city of Spitak, knowing that the company's  director's son was included in the electoral list of one of the blocs  as a candidate for lawmaker, called his fellow villager and offered  to support him by offering AMD 10,000 as bribe. Having received a  refusal, he called another fellow villager and promised to cancel the  debt of 7,500 AMD if he votes for the bloc indicated by him in  today's elections. A criminal case was initiated on the fact, the  suspect was detained. 

Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan  also reported on violations during the elections. The latter said  that he was receiving information about the use of administrative  resources in military units. "The newly appointed commander of the  military unit Mehrabi is sending the servicemen to choose the geek  (implies acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan - ed. note). In  Khndzoresk, the soldiers were treated to ice cream on behalf of the  geek, so that they would choose him.  First, the army was in the  mouth of the Turks, and now our guys are under the gun of the  internal Turks, "he said

Ashotyan also said that according to his information, in a number of  polling stations, bulletin No. 6 is not included in the general  package. "At the request of our citizens, only a new, full-fledged  package of ballots is compiled. 2 cases have been registered in  Davtashen.

The "Armenia" bloc also reports on flagrant violations. According to  the information of the bloc, searches are currently being carried out  in the central headquarters of "Armenia" of the Sisian community of  Syunik region and in the houses of the heads of the headquarters.

The bloc also circulated a statement in which it drew attention to  the fact that the Central Election Commission of Armenia had issued a  warning to the Civil Contract party and Nikol Pashinyan for violating  the Day of Silence. "It should be noted that this measure was applied  only to this party during the election campaign. Moreover, since  yesterday, insulting and hateful materials against the leaders of  the" Armenia "bloc began to circulate in different places. According  to our information, this shameful process was organized by the Soros  organizations with the permission of the outgoing government.  Moreover, during the same period, posters of the "Republic" party  were posted in clear violation of the law.

We also received information that from yesterday and until now,  members of the territorial headquarters of the "Armenia" bloc are  detained on knowingly unfounded grounds on false denunciations. There  is reason to believe that these denunciations were organized  preciselyby Soros organizations.

There have been no such violations of the electoral process in the  history of Armenia, we draw the attention of all international  observation missions to these continuing violations. We call on the  police as soon as possible within a few hours to identify and bring  the customers, distributors and producers of offensive and hateful  materials addressed to the leaders of the "Armenia" bloc, especially  since the corresponding videos are already available on the Internet.  Otherwise, we will consider that this process is organized and  directed by the authorities, "Bloc said in a statement.  Violations  are also signaled by the Election Control Committee. According to the  movement, they received information that the ruling Civil Contract  party is distributing anti-agitation leaflets with a photograph of  Robert Kocharian throughout the city of Yerevan, attracting persons  who are employees of the community organization of Yerevan, who are  obliged to clean the streets of the city at night.

They were instructed to visit the offices of the Civil Contract and  receive packages with leaflets.  As ArmInfo previously reported, with  reference to the RA Police, a scuffle between representatives of the  Prosperous Armenia and "Verelk" parties with the use of weapons took  place at the polling station in Masis.
