So, according to the message of the French Embassy in Armenia, entry  to France is opened, including for tourists from third countries.   Countries are divided into three categories: countries of the "green  zone" - the EU countries and Australia, "orange" - including Armenia,  as well as the countries of North America, Russia, Asian countries,  most African countries, etc., "red" where the virus is especially  active, this includes Turkey, India, South Africa, Brazil, etc.

The orange countries include states where the virus is actively  circulating in controlled proportions, without the spread of alarming  options.

At the same time, it is noted that the granting of a visa to the  citizens of Armenia does not guarantee immediate entry to the  territory of France, since this issue is regulated by the  restrictions in force at the border. It is noted that entry into  France from the "orange zone" country is allowed if there is a  vaccination with vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency  (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca? Johnson & Johnson), if there is a  negative test done no later than 72 hours before the trip , or an  antigen test done no later than 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the  tourist will be sent to self-isolation for 7 days.

The second option for entry is that an unvaccinated foreigner has the  right to enter France, if there is a test and a valid reason.
