In particular, the Ministry of Health reminds that vaccination of citizens in Armenia is carried out daily in primary health care organizations, and on weekends a special working schedule is established - from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
At the same time, it is reported that there are several mobile vaccination points for citizens in Yerevan (on Northern Avenue, near the Cascade complex, the Vernissage fair, the Moscow cinema, in the park opposite the Central Bank, near the Yeritasardakan metro station, in shopping centers "Dalma" and "Megamall"), as well as on Vardanants square in Gyumri, Hayk square in Vanadzor, and in the front of the city hall in Dilijan. Foreign citizens can also be vaccinated in Armenia. Vaccinations are free of charge. According to the source, the Chinese drug Koronavac and the British-Swedish Astra Zeneca are available to all interested citizens. At this stage, Sputnik V is intended for citizens with chronic diseases, as well as for medical workers, employees and wards of the Social Care Centers aged 18 to 54. Recall that earlier the head of the RA Ministry of Health Anahit Avanesyan reported that by the end of 2021 it is planned to vaccinate 20% of the population of Armenia.
Note that as of 11:00am on June 7, a total of 1,104,999 coronavirus tests were carried out in Armenia, of which 223,212 were positive (20.2%), 214,504 people recovered (96.1%) , died 4 463 (1.9%).
