More than half of the residents of Armenia negatively assess the economic situation in the country, as evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the consulting company MPG (Marketing Professional Group is the exclusive representative of the International GALLUP Association in Armenia). The results of the poll were presented on June 5 by director of "MPG" LLC Aram Navasardyan.
In particular, assessing the economic situation in the country, 2% of respondents noted "very good", 3.6% - "most likely good", "average" is assessed by 26.5% of respondents, "most likely not bad" - 16.4% and 50.5% "very bad", and 0.9% found it difficult to answer.
The material security of their family "was assessed very well by 5.1% of the respondents, most likely good - 8.8%, the average was assessed by 62%, most likely bad by 10.2%, very bad by 13.7%, 0.2% found it difficult to answer.
It should be noted that the survey was conducted through telephone calls to residents of Armenia in the period from May 31 to June 4 this year, the sample size was 1101, the sampling error was +/- 3.5%. In 2011, MPG became the official representative in Armenia of the International Gallup Association, one of the most prestigious and independent public opinion research organizations in the world. Since 2003, MPG, working in the market of sociological and marketing research, has implemented more than 800 projects of various sizes.
