ArmInfo. Artsakh State Minister of Finance Grigory Martirosyan will resign from June 1. He announced this on his Facebook page. As Martirosyan noted, he made the decision back in 2020. However, the war in Artsakh, as well as the subsequent crisis, according to him, forced him to postpone the decision to resign. In 2005-2007, Candidate of Economic Sciences Grigory Martirosyan worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia as a chief specialist. In 2008 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, in 2015 he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Finance of the NKR. On September 25, 2017, he was appointed Minister of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh, on June 6, 2018 - State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh.
