Nikol Pashinyan called the circulation of the video filmed by the  Azerbaijani military in Gegharkunik as destructive activity in the  rear

ArmInfo.Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on May 20, before the start of the government meeting, commented on the scandalous video filmed by the Azerbaijani military in Gegharkunik region, in which they mock Armenian soldiers.  

This video, which caused a wide response, was published on social  networks the day before. It shows how a group of Azerbaijani  servicemen mocks and humiliates the Armenian soldier. The Armenian  Defense Ministry confirmed that the incident took place on May 17 -  an official investigation was scheduled for it.  According to the  acting head of government, Azerbaijani propaganda publishes a  3-5-minute episode of a 2-3 hour recording, and the agents of the  Azerbaijani information war in Armenia publish it on their pages,  hiding that the primary source is Azerbaijani users. "It is  impossible to call it anything other than destructive activity in the  rear," Pashinyan said.

According to the acting Prime Minister, if in the 21st century there  are no legal mechanisms to resolve such incidents, then society  itself must respond to this. "This is disrespect, first of all, in  relation to the Armenian society," Nikol Pashinyan said.
