ArmInfo. On May 11, Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting with the relatives of the servicemen who died in non-combat conditions. According to the press service of the government, the first advisory opinion was presented at the meeting based on the results of the studies of the working group formed by the decision of the Prime Minister on August 3, 2020. The first case that was examined, as Pashinyan said, was the criminal case opened over the death of Tigran Ohanjanyan, who died back in 2007.
Pashinyan's assistant Anna Vardapetyan noted that they had been working on the conclusion for several months. The document will be sent to the investigating authorities. Successor of the deceased Gohar Sargsyan stated that she agreed with the conclusion of the working group, she was involved in the work and was ready to continue cooperation around further steps.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached that the next case will be investigated, opened on the death of serviceman Valerik Muradyan.
