ArmInfo.The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, believes that in the event of the reproduction of the incumbent government, the Armenians will become a  nation of "losers".

According to Kocharian, he did not even think about returning to big  politics. "I thought that I had fulfilled my duty to the Motherland,  but what happened, the threats that Armenia faced, forced me to  return, otherwise it would have become desertion on my part," he  said.

As the second president noted, today Armenia needs to solve three  problems - firstly, it concerns security issues, in particular, the  protection of the borders of Syunik. "The authorities are  consistently destroying the foundations of the army, and our goal is  to ensure a decent peace," he said.  Secondly, as Kocharian noted,  the future of Artsakh is rather vague. With the signed agreement, as  he recalled, in 4.5 years, it is possible that Baku will refuse from  the Russian peacekeepers. "Is the current government ready for such a  scenario?" Asked Kocharyan.

In addition, the second president recalled that by the end of 2020, a  7.5% decline in the Armenian economy was recorded. "Inflation is  devouring your already low incomes. Armenia is mired in debt. This is  the result of a three-year detailing of the current government," he  stressed, noting that in 2018 amateurs came to power.

Therefore, according to Kocharian, this cannot continue for so long.  "The defeat cannot be without a trace, its price is at least the loss  of power," he said.

Today, on the day of the liberation of Shushi, as Kocharian stated,  the countdown should begin until the current government leaves.  Robert Kocharian urged his supporters to start counting the time on  social networks.

The second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian, answering a  question from journalists, also touched upon the proposal of the  first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan to former presidents Robert  Kocharian and Serzh Sargsyan to take part in the upcoming early  parliamentary elections by the National Accord Bloc. He suggested the  first and third presidents of Armenia to jointly fight against the  current authorities, noting that for this it is not necessary to form  an alliance. "I propose that the first and third presidents fight  together against the current authorities, fight every day, and if  they intend to fight, then we will achieve success, success for  everyone," Kocharian said.

It should be noted that earlier two political forces - ARF  Dashnaktsutyun and "Reviving Armenia" and the second president of  Armenia signed a document on cooperation, forming the "Armenia"  pre-election alliance.
