ArmInfo. Within the framework of 1580 criminal cases investigated by the Prosecutor General's Office, 628 persons, including high-ranking officers, are accused of committing crimes during the large-scale military aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the investigation of these criminal cases, both in terms of quantity and content, is carried out in several main areas: criminal offenses committed in the process of mobilizing and replenishing the Armed Forces; implementation of possible corruption schemes in the acquisition of weapons and ammunition before and during the war; at the strategic and tactical levels, criminal shortcomings in the management of the Armed Forces, and their individual units, etc.
