None of the points of Pashinyan`s "road map" has been implemented -  Mikael Melkumyan 

ArmInfo. None of the points of the "road map" on overcoming the current situation  in the country, establishing stability and security, presented by  Nikol Pashinyan, was implemented. This opinion is shared by the MP  from the "Prosperous Armenia" faction Mikael Melkumyan.  "Not only  have none of the points been implemented, but the conditions for  their implementation have not even been created," he told reporters  on April 27.  

So, according to him, Pashinyan spoke about the formation of a safe  environment, while Armenia has become more vulnerable in this line.  The MP pointed to the situation in Syunik, Aliyev's bellicose  rhetoric on the "Zangezur corridor", noted the lack of investment and  the natural economic decline. "All this is absurd and we will not get  anywhere," he said, noting that June 20 will be a bifurcation point  for the country.  At the same time, Melkumyan stressed that the  upcoming elections are the last legitimate chance.  In this context,  he believes, if there are serious doubts about their justice, the  people will take to the streets to stand up for their votes.  

On November 18, 2020, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  presented a roadmap of the most important issues for the near future,  which presupposed the resumption of the negotiation process on the  Karabakh issue in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairmanship,  with an emphasis on the status of Artsakh and the priority of  returning the people of Artsakh to their places of residence;  ensuring the return of the people of Artsakh to their homes, and the  full restoration of normal life in Artsakh. Restoration of damaged  houses, apartments and infrastructure in the territories under the  control of the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh; provision of social  guarantees to the families of the deceased servicemen and citizens;  prompt return of the captured soldiers and civilians, provision of  social guarantees to their families; approval of the Program for the  Reform of the Armed Forces and the start of reforms; overcoming the  coronavirus pandemic and eliminating its consequences; restoration of  the atmosphere for economic activity; activation of programs to  resolve demographic problems; involvement of representatives of the  Armenian Diaspora and diaspora structures in these processes, etc. 

"It will take six months to launch an irreversible process of  implementing these measures. In June 2021, I will make a report on  the implementation of the roadmap, based on the results of which,  taking into account public opinion and reaction, a decision will be  made on further steps," Pashinyan said at the time.
