I wish you peace, health and well-being, " wrote Jonathan Lakot on his Twitter page. At the same time, he posted a photo of the Yazidi temple, which was opened in the village of Aknalich in the Armavir region of Armenia in September 2019.
Carsema Sor (Red Wednesday) is the most important holiday for the Yazidis dedicated to the creation of the world. According to the Yazidi calendar, the world was created 6766 years ago. Before this holiday, families bake cakes (Kiloc), paint eggs in all the colors of the rainbow and decorate their homes with fresh flowers.
