As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic, the first earthquake in Armenia with a magnitude of 2.2 points occurred on April 3, at about 12:15 pm Yerevan time (08:15 GMT), 8 km south of the city of Dastakert in the Syunik region of Armenia.
The second earthquake in a day was registered 4 km northeast of the village of Shorzha, Gegharkunik region at 1:03pm local time (09:03 GMT), the strength of the aftershocks was 2-3 points.
