ArmInfo.Why does Baku violate the principle of exchange of prisoners "all for all" -  because Armenophobia is practiced in Azerbaijan at the state level.   Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan stated this in an interview  with journalists after a meeting with the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office,  Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde in Yerevan.  

"We do not know what  goals Baku is pursuing, maybe they are trying to undermine the  internal political situation in Armenia, because the society's moods  depend on it. Or simply hatred of the Armenians. There are other  reasons that have the right to life, but we do not want to talk about  them yet." , - said the head of the NKR Foreign Ministry.

Babayan informed that at the meeting they discussed various issues  related to the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict, the current situation,  possible processes related to the restoration. According to him,  special attention was paid to security issues.

"Azerbaijan's actions are not only a gross violation of human norms,  but also of international law. Firstly, there are many more prisoners  and hostages in Azerbaijan than it admits. Secondly, on what basis is  Azerbaijan trying to call prisoners terrorists? In order to have such  grounds, it is necessary that international organizations get to know  on the spot - who they are, terrorists or ordinary people, militias.   Why are they hiding data? We know that there are more prisoners,  "Babayan said, adding that the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office listened  and recorded everything, time will tell the further actions.   Commenting on the role of the OSCE Minsk Group in the settlement  process, the minister urged to be realistic. "We attach importance to  the OSCE Minsk Group and its work, we meet with the current chairmen.  We are ready for meetings and discussions, but we will not ask and  humiliate ourselves. This follows from their interests. It is  necessary to maintain the format, to hold such meetings. The  importance of the MG and the co-chairmanship was discussed always, by  all the heads of the co-chairing countries and the parties to the  conflict, "concluded David Babayan.
