ArmInfo. The head of the Center for Globalization and Regional Studies, political scientist Stepan Grigoryan has publicly disproven his own statement to the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Yuri Khachaturov, made on July 30, 2018.
"Observing the court's decision, given that it has come into legal force, I publicly refute what I said about Yuri Khachaturov in my interview to the A1 + TV channel, which aired on the YouTube channel on July 30, 2018. My statements about the transfer of territories for money, non-admission of resistance to the enemy and absence on the spot during the war, non-fulfillment of their official duties, "the text of Grigoryan's refutation says.

The capital court ordered Grigoryan to make a public apology to Khachaturov.
