The heads of the defense departments of Russia and Armenia spoke by  phone

ArmInfo.Defense Minister of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu held telephone talks with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan, Russia's Defense Ministry reports. 

During the conversation, various aspects of bilateral military and  military-technical cooperation, the current situation in the areas  where Russian peacekeepers are carrying out tasks in Artsakh, as well  as other issues of mutual interest were touched upon.
