Armenian Human Rights Defender presented in detail international norms of humanitarian law and human rights that require immediate release and safe return of prisoners. Moreover, the gross violation of the international humanitarian law and the rights of prisoners is their representation as <terrorists>, as it is about the ongoing armed conflict.
Tataryan also provided information on war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Azerbaijani armed forces during the war (beading, torture, humiliation of tel, etc.).
