Avazyan attracted the fact that during a 44-day military operation,  accompanied by rightest violations of international law and  fundamental human rights, the Azerbaijani army made terrifying crimes  and atrocities, intentionally systematically inflicting civic  infrastructure strikes, including schools, hospitals, maternity  hospitals, markets , roads, communication systems and other  structures, desecrated and destroyed the Armenian cultural and  religious heritage on the territory of Artsakh, including churches,  Khachkars and other monuments.
