<Ճամփորդում եմ առանց COVID-19-ի> ծրագրի անհաջող մեկնարկը. Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները չեն կարողանում մեկնել Ռուսաստան

ArmInfo. Փետրվարի 1-ին մեկնարկել է Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի Թվային նախաձեռնությունների հիմնադրամի <Ճամփորդում եմ առանց COVID-19-ի> ծրագիրը, սակայն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների մի մասն այդպես էլ չկարողացավ մեկնել Ռուսաստան: Նման թյուրիմացության պատճառ են դարձել <Ճամփորդում եմ առանց COVID-19-ի> ծրագրում չներգրավված լաբորատորիայի տրամադրած՝ կորոնավիրուսի թեստերի արդյունքները։

 

Օդանավակայանում քաղաքացիներին պարզաբանել են, որ<Ճամփորդում եմ առանց COVID-19-ի> թվային հավելվածում, որը պետք է ներբեռնվի Հայաստանից Եվրասիական միության երկրներից որևէ մեկը մեկնող բոլոր քաղաքացիների հեռախոսի մեջ, նշված են միայն 2 լաբորատորիաներ,որտեղ պետք է թեստ հանձնել: Քաղաքացիների խոսքով ՝ լաբորատորիաներում, որտեղ վերջիններս հանձնել են կորոնավիրուսի թեստերը, պարզաբանել են, որ իրենց չեն զգուշացրել նման նոր կարգավորումների մասին, իսկ ոմանք էլ քաղաքացիներին ընդհանրապես համոզում էին, որ թեստերի արդյունքները վավեր կհամարվեն Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան մեկնելու համար:

 

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ <Արմենիա> ավիաընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Գևորգ Խաչատրյանը հայտարարել է, որ բացառության կարգով, հաշվի առնելով այդ ծրագրով սահմանների հատման պայմանների մասին քաղաքացիների ոչ պատշաճ իրազեկվածությունը, ընկերությունը պատրաստ է անվճար փոխել ավիատոմսերը մոտակա չվերթների համար:

 

Նշենք, որ <Ճամփորդում եմ առանց COVID-19-ի> ծրագիրը պիլոտային է և գործելու է մինչև 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ը։ Ծրագրի էությունը հետևյալն է, որ կորոնավիրուսի բացասական թեստի հիման վրա քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կունենան ճամփորդել օդային տրանսպորտով դեպի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, դեպի կոնկրետ օդանավակայաններ։

 

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել ծրագրի վերաբերյալ և նշել, որ ստեղծվել է էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որում գրանցվել են մի շարք լաբորատորիաներ: <Քաղաքացին կարող է իր հեռախոսում ներբեռնել համապատասխան «Путешествую без COVID» հավելվածը: Այն հեշտությամբ կարելի է գտնել և ներբեռնել հեռախոսի մեջ: Այդ հավելվածում նշված են այն լաբորատորիաները, որոնք գործում են այս կարգի համաձայն և ընդգրկված են ծրագրում: Կարող են այս լաբորատորիաներից մեկում հանձնել թեստը: Թեստի արդյունքները QR կոդով կարդացվում են համապաստախան ծրագրով: Թեստի բացասական պատասխանի արդյունքում կանաչում է նրա ազատ տեղաշարժի պատուհանը և նա կարողանում է հատել սահմանը: Ուղղակի պիտի խնդրենք, որ քաղաքացիները վստահ լինեն, որ հավելվածն իրենց հեռախոսում աշխատում է, որ թեստի պատասխանը արված է առնվազն 72 ժամվա ընթացքում>,-ասել է նախարարը։
