ArmInfo. On New Year's holidays, only three days will be non- working in Armenia. The draft amendments to the law "On Holidays and Memorable Dates" have been published on the legal information portal https://www.e-draft.am/.
According to the source, January 1 and Jan. 2 (New Year), as well as January 6 (St. Christmas Day) will be recognized as non-working. December 31st will be working. The law will come into force from the moment of publication, but before that it must be approved by the government and go through all the procedures in the country's parliament.
To recall, currently the New Year holidays start from December 31st and continue until January 7th.
