Moscow will support humanitarian actions if Yerevan and Baku demonstrate a sincere commitment to move in this direction.
The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry reminded that according to the ninth paragraph of the statement signed by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, it is planned to unblock all economic and transport communications. "The leaders of the three countries at the summit on January 11 in Moscow paid special attention to concrete steps to build economic ties, unblock communications and develop infrastructure. As a result of this meeting, a trilateral working group co-chaired by the vice-prime ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan was created. this month, and until March 1, it is necessary to determine the schedule of measures to unblock the transport infrastructure facilities necessary for the organization of international transport, "said Maria Zakharova.
She added that it is envisaged to form expert subgroups in key areas of work, which will detail the implementation of this project. "There is no doubt that the implementation of these agreements will benefit both the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides. The interests of all states will be taken into account.
