ArmInfo.The Armenian government proposes to establish an Anti-Corruption Court and an Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal. Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan stated this during a meeting of the commission on state and legal issues. The minister noted that the purpose of creating an anti-corruption court is the government's strategy to identify and reduce the number of corruption crimes.

It is proposed to include at least 25 judges in the Anti- Corruption Court. And we intend to include 10 judges in the Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal. The creation of these courts will increase the efficiency of solving corruption crimes in Armenia, "Badasyan stressed. Badasyan said that the judges will also pass an integrity test. The requirement for judges of the Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal will be more stringent than for other judges.
