ArmInfo. The Artsakh government is launching the first stage of a housing programme for citizens who have lost their property as a result of the war. On January 12, the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing of the Republic Mane Tandilyan wrote about this on her Facebook page.
She noted that at this stage, the housing problems of residents of rural communities in Askeran, Martuni, Martakert and Shusha regions are being solved. The provided houses will be renovated and furnished. There is an opportunity to engage in agriculture, depending on the preferences of the family.
