Ombudsman: If an accident or a crime occurs on a section of roads  under the control of Azerbaijan, it is not clear who will take  investigative actions

ArmInfo.  Human rights defender  Arman Tatoyan visited the regions of Syunik and Gegharkunik, and  identified a number of serious problems within the framework of  border demarcation, which have no solution in the long term.

During the press conference, Tatoyan noted that there are a number of  issues that pose direct threats to security and the right to life. As  an example, he pointed to issues related to the legal field.

Tatoyan noted that these are issues that are not regulated at  all.

"Our government agencies are not aware of these issues.
