ArmInfo. The Justice Party led by Secretary of Artsakh's National Security Council Vitali Balasanyan calls on the political forces of Armenia to demand the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
This is stated in the statement of Justice Party, led by Secretary of Artsakh's National Security Council Vitali Balasanyan. The statement also notes: "The defeatist position of the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia in the Artsakh issue, international relations, diametrically opposed political statements led the world to perceive the Karabakh issue not as a struggle for the right to self-determination, but as a purely territorial dispute, the catastrophic consequences of which is carried today by the Armenian people.
Ilham Aliyev has not been punished for war crimes. In particular, Azerbaijan subjected civilians to daily bombing, used prohibited weapons and tortured prisoners of war for 44 days. Now Aliyev reserves the right to control the exit and entry of Armenian or other officials to Artsakh. With the stony silence of the authorities of Armenia and Artsakh, he boasts that Artsakh is "their territory" and threatens that if the official representative of Armenia visits Artsakh, "the answer will be very harsh."
The Justice Party strongly condemns the unprecedented, aggressive and irresponsible behavior of the political leadership of Azerbaijan, calls on the international community, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, as well as the guarantor of the ceasefire between the parties - Russia, to condemn Aliyev's statement. The settlement of the conflict by force could become a disastrous precedent for this region.
The Justice Party states that the ceasefire established by the November 9 statement must have a political content in terms of restoring the status of the Artsakh Republic (restoring the status quo until the conflict is resolved) and restoring the borders, otherwise the existing problems will become time bombs for the peace process in the region.
The Artsakh Justice Party is convinced that the adversary is pinning new hopes on the meeting to be held on January 11.
The enemy wants to negotiate with the defeated and capitulated leader, therefore we call on all parliamentary and extra-parliamentary political forces in Armenia and the public to demand the resignation of the Prime Minister."
