ArmInfo. The General Prosecutor's Office reports that the investigation did not confirm the statement of the former head of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan that on the third day of the war in Artsakh, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stopped mobilization.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, after this report by Hakobyan,at a press conference, a criminal case was initiated. During the investigation, representatives of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, who were involved in mobilization issues, were summoned for questioning. During the investigation, it was established that the mobilization was carried out in accordance with the established procedure.
The Prosecutor General's Office reports that the mobilization has not been stopped. Moreover, the fact that volunteers took part in the war did not affect the mobilization process. In turn, Movses Hakobyan also failed to provide evidence of his words, no record on this matter. During the investigation, no such records were found either.
To note, on November 19, during a press conference, former head of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan stated that on the third day of the war in Artsakh, the country's leadership carried out criminal actions. Hakobyan also noted that in confirmation of his words he can submit a record.
