ArmInfo.Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the situation in the Hadrud region in the villages of Khtsaberd and Hin Tagher. Pashinyan told about this  in his interview to the radio station Azatutyun (Freedom).

The prime minister noted that there are Russian peacekeepers in this  area, and that there are units of the Defense Army in this area.

"According to our intelligence, there are also Turkish units in the  area. The situation is quite tense, according to our information, the  Russian peacekeepers are in a blockade. There is a communication  problem. But it should be noted that according to the November 9  statement, since this part is under the control of the Defense Army,  it must remain under the control of the Defense Army. Do you  understand, you say that Armenia is evading responsibility? The  problem is that there is a trilateral statement on the cessation of  hostilities, in fact, Russia is the guarantor of this statement. And  the violation of the provisions of the act must be registered, "the  prime minister said.

To the journalist's remark that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces do not  comply with the provisions of the agreement, while the Russian  peacekeepers will not go into battle, the Prime Minister said that  the Armenian side intends to take steps, but of a diplomatic nature.

"You know that the hostilities took place on the first day, that the  units of the Defense Army fought, that is, resisted the attack, but  the hostilities stopped at the moment when the Russian peacekeepers  arrived at the scene. The problem is that in the presence of Russian  peacekeepers, the Defense Army has restrictions on the conduct of  hostilities, because there are situations when, as a result of these  operations, peacekeepers can be injured with the ensuing  consequences. Thus, first it is necessary to resolve the situation  through political and diplomatic communication, the logic of  implementing the provisions of the statement, "Pashinyan stressed.

Pashinyan also touched upon the situation around the villages of Khin  Shen and Mets Shen in the Shusha district.

<The situation around the village of Khin Shen has already been  settled. This problem has already been solved and is being resolved.  The problem is that there is the following agreement: in the Lachin  corridor, as follows from the joint statement, there should be no  units of either Azerbaijani or Armenian troops, the entire Lachin  corridor should be under the control of Russian peacekeepers. And now  the problem is that this process should take place simultaneously,  "the prime minister stressed.  Pashinyan stated that these villages  will remain under the control of the peacekeepers.
