He informed that peacekeeping forces are being deployed in the former conflict zone and a joint monitoring center is being created. " We have entered the stage of recovery and restoration, peaceful coexistence in the process of resolving the conflict. New opportunities for development and cooperation are emerging, and the BSEC should assess new realities and benefit from them," Bayramov said.
