ArmInfo.Another rally of parents and relatives of conscripts is taking place in front of the Armenian Defense Ministry.
The participants asked to provide the RA Ministry of Defense with information on the timing of the withdrawal of Armenian troops from Nagorno-Karabakh.
Manuk Khachataryan, a relative of one of the servicemen of the Artsakh Defense Army, presenting the purpose of the action, said that they receive a lot of messages from soldiers about serious problems in the ranks of the Armed Forces related to security. "We, the relatives of the servicemen, are in constant contact with each other. And there are many reports of problems related to the deployment of our troops - the lack of normal conditions for sleeping, lack of basic conditions of hygiene. 16-17 days, I believe, is a sufficient time for provide the troops with basic hygiene conditions. Soldiers sleep on the floor, on the street, catch a cold. If it was during the war, everything would be understandable. But not in these conditions when the war ended. We want our soldiers to have the opportunity to receive basic medical care ", - said Khachatryan.
Parents of the assembled soldiers are demanding leave for their children, proper medical care and allowing them to recover. The parents point out that the servicemen who participated in the hostilities are now in a difficult moral and psychological state and need to be restored.
The parents prepared a written request with questions of concern to them, which was forwarded to the Armenian Ministry of Defense. At the same time, those gathered refuse to disperse, demanding to tell them a specific date when they will be provided with answers to their questions.
It is worth noting that earlier the RA Ministry of Defense issued a statement, stressing that despite the signing of the trilateral agreement on the armistice, the conscripts continue to serve at their places of permanent deployment. The RA Ministry of Defense also promised to consider the possibility of granting vacations to conscripts as soon as circumstances permit. Note that for several days in a row in front of the building of the RA Ministry of Defense the parents of the servicemen of the missing gathered, demanding to provide them with information about their children.
