ArmInfo. Armenian Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan discussed with his Russian counterpart Yevgeny Zinichev the post-war realities and the possibilities of overcoming the consequences of the war.
According to the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Piloyan highly appreciated the readiness of the Russian partners for fruitful cooperation and expressed confidence that everything will be done to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe, to return the civilian population to normal life after the war. Details of the upcoming activities in the field of humanitarian aid were also discussed during a working meeting of representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Armenia and Russia.
It should be noted that today the second formed convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with humanitarian aid has moved from the Rostov region to Nagorno-Karabakh. In total, the convoys formed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations deliver 345 tons of humanitarian aid to Stepanakert - these are construction materials for the restoration of social infrastructure and houses of the affected population. The first convoys with humanitarian aid left for Nagorno-Karabakh on November 20. The work involved 35 pieces of equipment and about 40 personnel.
