Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Lithuania discussed humanitarian  situation in Artsakh

ArmInfo.During a telephone conversation with the newly appointed Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Ayvazyan, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius congratulated  the latter on his appointment to this post, wishing him success in  fulfilling his responsible mission.

As reported by the press service of the RA MFA, the parties expressed  confidence that thanks to joint efforts, the existing potential of  the Armenian-Lithuanian relations can be fully realized.  The foreign  ministers exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

Ayvazyan presented to his colleague the efforts made to resolve the  humanitarian crisis in Artsakh resulting from the war unleashed by  Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh, stressing in this context the  need for proper response and support from the international  community.
