Aurora Announces First Projects of Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh  Residents

ArmInfo. A project of direct assistance to the people of Artsakh from the Aurora  international humanitarian initiative has been launched.

According to the press service of the initiative, the following were  named as the first projects:

1. Assistance in the emergency evacuation of residents of 7 villages  of Martakert region (Nor Maraga, Nor Aygestan, Nor Seisulan, Nor  Karmravan, Nor Aikadzhur, Nor Jraberd, Hovtashen) - $ 10,000;

2. Assistance in organizing meals for 166 people, accommodated in  Sevan, Dilijan, Yerevan in inc. 15 days (together with the Foundation  Victory-2020) - $ 10,000;

3. Assistance to the Stepanakert Mayor's Office in the restoration of  the Central Market - $ 10,000

4. 50 sets of essentials for children forcibly displaced from Artsakh  to Armenia (Ararat region, together with Global Shapers) - $ 2,050;

5. Acquisition of essential medicines for citizens of the older  generation living in Artsakh (together with the Foundation <Miasin>)  - $ 2,000.

In addition, "Aurora" began accepting applications for consideration  aimed at helping injured children, displaced families and wounded -  both in Artsakh and in Armenia. Applications can be sent to  [email protected].
