Expert voiced d the main factors of Azerbaijan`s information  advantage during Artsakh war

In Ukraine, he said, the factor of financial dependence is much  lower, since we are talking about individual journalists, bloggers,  hired before the war, and who continue to conduct Azerbaijani  propaganda.
