It's time to talk about ways, methods and programs for getting out of this situation. I have already said that I consider myself responsible for the current situation. I am also responsible for overcoming this situation and establishing stability and security in the country. "
Then the prime minister presented a roadmap: "First, the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process should be resumed in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. The issue of the status of Artsakh and the priority of returning the Artsakh people to their places of residence should be emphasized. Second, to ensure the return of the Artsakh people to their homes. Completely restore the normal life of Artsakh. Restoration of damaged houses, apartments and infrastructures in the territories controlled by the NKR authorities.
Thirdly, to provide social guarantees to the families of the killed servicemen and citizens. Moreover, it is necessary to restore residential and public buildings and infrastructures that were damaged during the war on the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
We promise to provide social guarantees, prosthetics and professional training for military personnel with disabilities. Moreover, the leadership of Armenia also intends to achieve the return of captured soldiers and civilians, as well as to find missing citizens. Provide them and their families with social guarantees, "Pashinyan stressed.
The prime minister noted that it is also necessary to form systems of psychological rehabilitation for people who participated in the war.
Also, according to Pashinyan, a reform program in the Armenian Armed Forces should be approved. The Prime Minister noted that the citizens of the country must overcome the coronavirus and eliminate its consequences.
The focus is also on overcoming demographic challenges. Moreover, it is necessary to adopt a new law on amendments to the Electoral Code and parties.
"The institution of specialized judges should be introduced as the first step in creating an anti-corruption court. Launch a law on the confiscation of illegal property, "Pashinyan said.
The prime minister also intends to hold regular thematic consultations with representatives of the political and civil sectors of Armenia, as well as with structures of the diaspora.
Pashinyan noted that it will take about six months to implement all these steps. "In June 2021, I will present the results of the implementation of the roadmap," Pashinyan concluded.
