ArmInfo.Artsakh was one of the most important achievements of the modern history of Armenia. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, representative of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" Supreme Body, said this on Freedom Square during a rally of 17 opposition parties demanding the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
He noted that the person who came to power in Armenia 2.5 years ago through the velvet revolution did everything to weaken the national immunity. "Then, he began to destroy the Armenian army, by discrediting the generals. He spoiled relations with our key partners Russia and Iran. And in conclusion, he brought the country to war and surrendered territories. Having received 12 thousand square meters of Artsakh, he left 2.5 square meters from it, and then said that Artsakh is a nondescript country where weeds grow. There is one weed in this country - it's you Nikol. Nikol go away ", said Saghatelyan. Then he framed the necessary steps and a roadmap for getting out of this situation. According to him, the trilateral document signed by Pashinyan is unacceptable, however, it is a fact, and the deployment of Russian peacekeepers is a necessary step.
"We consider this document a shameful act of surrender, signed behind the back of the people. But not everything is over. It is necessary to bring our concessions to a minimum through diplomatic means, through negotiations. First of all, in the upcoming negotiations, it is necessary to exclude the inclusion of Artsakh into Azerbaijan and achieve the independence of the NKR. For this we need a negotiator. This man, a liar, cannot represent the interests of the Armenian people in the international arena. He is not able to negotiate, " Saghatelyan said.
According to him, however, today the priority task is to remove Pashinyan from power by constitutional means. In this regard, according to the Dashnaktsaktsutyun member, the National Assembly should convene a meeting, abolish martial law in the country, remove Pashinyan and appoint a new prime minister who will enjoy the confidence of the people.
"Then, an interim government of national accord should be formed, which will tackle three tasks: to revise decisions made during martial law and to minimize our losses; to take immediate steps to eliminate humanitarian, socio-economic and security issues arising from this war; form a new government, "Saghatelyan noted, adding that today the future of Armenia is under threat.
The Dashnaktsaktsutyun member called on the RA NSS to tackle the only threat to this country - Nikol Pashinyan, and the rest of the power structures to stop following the Prime Minister's instructions and stop persecuting the opposition. In conclusion, he called on the lawmakers from the ruling party to think again and think about the future of Armenia.
