ArmInfo. The Prosperous Armenia Party appealed to the Armenian police due to numerous threats against its members. Naira Zohrabyan, MP from the Prosperous Armenia faction, announced this on her Facebook page.
"In recent days, my colleagues and I have been receiving a lot of threats because we criticize Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. They threaten to kill us and our children or even burn us. There are rumors that various armed groups have been formed to take revenge on the opposition. The Prosperous Armenia Party has just officially turned to the police," the MP stressed.
To note, after the signing of a trilateral agreement between the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the cessation of hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, the Armenian opposition initiated protest actions demanding Pashinyan's resignation.
