ArmInfo.Press Secretary of Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan stood up for wife of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan - Anna Hakobyan.
Thus, Poghosyan, reacting to the information circulated in the media that between Hakobyan and one of the Armenian generals allegedly an incident took place in the course of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh in Stepanakert, assured that these were all rumors and myths.
"I want to touch on the myth about the wife of RA Prime Minister Anna Hakobyan, who allegedly participated in the meetings of the Military Council, during one of which an incident took place between her and General Movses Hakobyan. I want to assure you that during their stay in Artsakh, Anna Hakobyan was engaged only in rear work. All talk about this incident isfalse.
Movses Hakobyan was temporarily absent from Artsakh, as he was infected with a coronavirus , which was accompanied by pneumonia. Conversations that go beyond this context have nothing to do with reality," Poghosyan justified on his Facebook page.
In the Armenian media the information was spread that the wife of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Anna Hakobyan in Artsakh took part in the meetings of the Military Council, which embarrassed the high-ranking military. As a result, one of the generals could not stand it (they note that it was Movses Hakobyan) and asked her to leave the meeting, noting that only men were there. Hakobyan did not like this very much, who demanded that her husband "put the general in his place." It is noted that after this incident, the Prime Minister of Armenia allegedly called the President of Artsakh and demanded to dismiss the general, since the latter spoke rudely to his wife.
